Mark "Dr.B" Verbert first became interested in American roots music back in ‘69 at the age of 14, buying his first LP, a compilation from Blue Horizon “In Our Own Way/Oldies But Goodies”. The start of a continuing interest in American roots music. In the late eighties he got involved with the “Hogtown News” magazine and became editor of “It’s Mojo Music Time“. Early 1994 the Dr. started compiling and presenting the Mojo Dreams radio show, one of the longest running independent shows in Belgium.
